I got worse results after switching to a foam cannon, here's why

Everyone hypes foam cannons for paint prep, but after 4 months in Phoenix with hard water, my panels had more spotting than my old two-bucket hand wash. The foam dried too fast in 105 degree heat before I could rinse. Has anyone else in dry climates ditched theirs and gone back to basic methods?
