How a tire wear issue changed my mind on alignment checks

I used to think alignment checks were only for cars that pulled to one side. Then a customer came back with new tires worn down in half a year. I had just put those tires on without looking at the alignment. The front end was out of spec, eating up the tread. Now I make sure to check alignment with every tire swap. It adds a little time but avoids big problems later. My customers thank me for catching issues early.

What finally got me was realizing you miss the developer's inside jokes or hidden mechanics they bury in those sections. Like in some games, the tutorial boss has a secret weak point only explained in the tooltip everyone skips. Makes replaying old stuff way more interesting when you actually read the instructions.
