Packing fruit for shop snacks turned my afternoon slump around

In my experience, eating an apple or orange instead of chips helped my energy stay steady. I used to get really tired after lunch, but now I can focus on detailed engine work without fading. Seriously, you do detailed engine work? That sounds INTENSE. I can't believe just swapping chips for fruit kept you going. I mean, I get a major crash after lunch, and an apple sometimes helps but not always. Oranges though, they have that natural sugar boost maybe. But for ENGINE work? That's next level focus. Color me shocked it made that big a difference.
