Vent: stripped a drain plug on a 2013 Civic at 4:45 on a Friday and had to own up to it
The customer was standing at the bay door waiting and I just kept cranking on it when I should have stopped and grabbed the extractor socket. I went in, told him what I did, and we kept the car over the weekend while I tapped it and got a new plug. Do you eat the cost and stay quiet, or come clean right away like I did?
