Changed the oil on my 98 Civic today and the odometer rolled over 222,222 miles exactly

I was just doing a routine oil change in my driveway, nothing special, and when I wiped off the gauge cluster I saw it hit 222,222 on the nose. For a car that's been through three transmissions and a rusted exhaust, it felt kind of wild to catch a number like that. Has anyone else had a weird milestone moment like that during a basic maintenance job?

Caught my old pickup at 333,333 a few years back and thought about taking a photo for the scrapbook, but my phone was dead and the moment just passed. Guess that kind of timing only happens when you are elbow deep in old grease and not trying to show off. Might be the universe's way of telling us we are getting our money's worth out of these beaters.

Holding a dead phone at 333,333... sounds about right. Why is it always on the dirtiest days, covered in oil, that you get that perfect clear moment? Makes you wonder if the universe is just messing with us or saving those perfect snapshots for people who actually live in the truck instead of just posing with it. Did you ever get another chance to catch something like that, or was it truly a one-time deal? Feels like those machines only show off when you are not trying to show them off.
