Showerthought: the guy at the AutoZone in Reno told me my brake pads had "a spiritual problem"
He stared at my rotors for a good 30 seconds and then said I needed to "let the car tell me what it wants" instead of reading the torque specs. I still have no clue what he meant, but my pads are on and the squeal is gone, so has anyone else gotten advice like this from a parts counter guy?
