Spent $450 on a Bluetooth OBD2 scanner and it paid for itself in one weekend

Bought one of those fancy Autel scanners off Amazon last month. My 2013 Silverado threw a P0420 code and the local shop wanted $900 to replace the cats. Plugged the scanner in, watched live data, turns out it was just the rear O2 sensor acting up. $60 part and 20 minutes under the truck fixed it. That scanner already saved me $390. I'm not saying everyone needs a pro level tool, but if you own anything newer than 2008, a decent one beats guessing and throwing parts at it. Has anyone else had a tool that paid for itself on the first job?
