Realized I'd been torquing cannon plugs by feel for 6 years till a Fluke class in Dallas called me out
The instructor had us set a connector to spec and mine was almost double the torque value, he just looked at my wrench and said "that's a crushed grommet waiting to happen." I'd been going by wrist feel since A-school and nobody ever corrected it. Anybody got a cheat sheet for the common plug sizes or do you all just know the numbers cold?
