Spotted a huge new trail crew project on the PCT section near Snoqualmie Pass that's got me thinking about trail evolution.

I'm torn between loving the improved access and missing the raw, rugged feel of the old path, so what's your take on major trail reroutes versus keeping the original, more challenging lines?

Oh man, @dakota_burns96, they really did pave right over the fun part. I tried it last weekend and felt so silly in my hiking boots on what's basically a city street. My dog was giving me the side-eye the whole time.
