The guy at the laundromat on 9th looked at my midnight doodle and said "that dog looks sad" and I haven't drawn one since
Was up til almost 2am last Tuesday waiting on a wash at the Spin City on 9th and I filled a whole page with these lopsided little dogs to stay awake. This older guy folding towels next to me leaned over and just said "that dog looks sad" and pointed at the worst one. I laughed it off but then I actually looked at it and yeah, the thing had the saddest eyes I ever accidentally drew. I buried the page in my bag and now every dog I try to draw comes out looking pitiful on purpose. Anyone else get a random comment that ruined a whole sketch for you?
