Found a map of Chicago where Lake Michigan was labeled as 'Big Water'

I was looking up directions to a buddy's place in the suburbs last night and stumbled onto this absolute gem. Somebody uploaded a hand drawn map from like 2010 that showed Lake Michigan as 'Big Water' and the expressway was just a squiggly line labeled 'the fast road'. The scale was completely off too, like they measured it by how long it took to walk between stops. It had all these random buildings marked like 'Burger King where Jim got sick' and 'tree with the funny branch'. I spent 20 minutes zooming in and laughing, but honestly I couldn't even use it to get where I was going. Has anyone else found a map that looked like a 5th grader drew it on a napkin?

That "Big Water" bit is great, but you know, I'd gently push back on calling that map from 2010 a hand drawn one. You said it was uploaded, which usually means someone scanned or photographed it. I found something similar a few years back, an old Illinois road map from the 1960s where someone had crossed out "Lake Michigan" and written "The Great Big Pond" in pencil. It was clearly a kid's work, but the base map was a real one, not something drawn from scratch. Maps like that are a fun look into someone's past, even if they won't get you anywhere near your buddy's place.

Yeah, best to double check with Google Maps before you head out.
