Google Maps sent me down a dirt road in Wyoming, a paper atlas got me home
Driving to my sister's place outside Laramie last month, the app routed me onto a washboard dirt road with no sign for 20 miles. My dad's old Rand McNally atlas showed the highway that actually connects the towns. Why do apps pick the shortest line and ignore whether it's even a road?
