My city bus map used to fit on one page, now it takes 3 screens to zoom in on the east side
Six months ago I could plan a trip to my sister's place in 10 seconds, but the new redesign has me cross-referencing 4 different routes just to go 2 miles. Does anyone else's transit map feel like it was drawn by someone who has never actually ridden the bus?

Check if your city has a PDF version of the old map still floating around online. I did that when my town pulled the same stunt, and I just keep the old one saved on my phone. The new map has the same routes, they just drew it sideways and made every stop a big dot with a popup box. Try the transit app instead of the paper map too, since it does the cross-referencing for you. Planning two miles should not feel like a puzzle.
