My GPS sent me through a cemetery in Savannah and now I double check every route
Two years ago I trusted my phone to get me to a wedding in Savannah and it routed me through an actual cemetery with a locked gate, so I showed up 25 minutes late and had to climb over a low wall in dress shoes. Now I pull up the route beforehand and drag the little blue line around until it avoids anything that looks weird, like unpaved roads or boat ramps. Does anyone else zoom in on the map before trusting it, or do you just send it and hope for the best?
