My GPS sent me to a dead end that was just someone's driveway 3 years ago

I was trying to find a cut-through in rural Ohio and Google Maps told me to turn onto a gravel strip that ended at a guy's barn with chickens everywhere. Has anyone else had a map insist a farm lane is a public road?

Blindly trust the GPS, you get what you deserve. Technology is just a tool, not a brain. People forget that dirt roads don't show up on maps sometimes. Common sense matters more than satellite signals. Be glad he didn't hit a drainage ditch or a fence post. That could have ended way worse.
