The $15 heat gun I bought on a whim is my most used tool now
I was convinced those cheap heat guns would melt in my hands after one use, but three months later it's stripped paint, shrunk tubing, and revived a warped 3D print. Anyone else find a random bargain tool that turned out better than the expensive stuff?

Buddy of mine grabbed a beat up one from a pawn shop for like eight bucks last summer. He used it to peel vinyl wrap off his truck and somehow it didnt die on him. Then he left it in the rain for a week, dried it out, and it still works fine. His fancy Milwaukee heat gun died last month but that cheap thing keeps going.
