Exactly what I've been noticing all around me lately. It's like people are craving something handmade that they can actually see come together. Your 200 loaves isn't just about bread, it's about choosing to slow down in a world that pushes speed. Everyone I know who bakes or makes stuff by hand seems happier and more grounded. Maybe that's the real reason you're up there counting loaves instead of buying bags at the store. What do you think is driving more people back to these old school skills?

You're right about the grounded thing, but it's actually 187 loaves, not 200 (the last batch got a little too dark, you know how it goes with a finicky oven). I think people are tired of everything feeling like a transaction, where you click a button and a thing shows up at your door. There's something real about watching flour turn into food with your own hands, it's like a tiny rebellion against all the convenience.
