A 30-year guy in Toledo asked why I still use a neck strip on every single client, and it got me thinking
He argued the strip does almost nothing once your cape is snug and it's just a $12-a-month habit for a shop of four chairs, so now I'm honestly wondering if anyone else has cut them out and noticed zero difference.
