finally fixed my fading fades with a cheap spray bottle
For months I was fighting patchy fades on coarse hair, especially around the temples. I tried different clipper oils, fresh blades, even changed my guard pressure, but nothing held. Last Tuesday a client in Austin suggested I mist the hair lightly before I go in with the half guard, and it was night and day. The water keeps the hair flat so the blade cuts even, no more skip marks or rework. Cost me like 3 bucks for a bottle at the grocery store, beats the 80 dollar serum I bought. Anyone else use water or something else to tame coarse texture before fading?
