Pro tip: stop telling every walk in to book online, it's hurting your chair time
Heard a barber in Cleveland say he pushes every single walk in to the app and now he's got gaps all day because folks just don't bother. I keep 3 slots open for walk ins and I've been booked solid for 6 months, anyone else notice the app crowd is flakier than the dudes who just show up?
