Shoutout to the barber in Tampa who posted his weekly client count

He showed his books for the past three months, averaging 85 cuts a week. He said about 40 of those are regulars who book the same slot every two weeks like clockwork. It made me check my own numbers and I'm only seeing about 50 people total. The big takeaway for me was how he builds his schedule around those repeat appointments first, then fills the gaps. It seems so simple but I've always just taken whoever called. How do you guys structure your week to keep your regulars coming back?

How many times have I accidentally double-booked my most loyal customers, honestly?

Building the schedule around regulars first seemed too rigid to me, but seeing those numbers changed my mind. Holly_craig, I bet that system would solve your double-booking problem too.
