Tried a cheaper clipper blade and it cut better than my expensive one

I was using $40 Andis blades for years and they kept pulling on thick hair. Picked up a $15 generic blade off Amazon and it glides through wet hair like nothing. Anyone else notice brand name blades aren't always worth the money?

My $15 knockoff outcuts my old Oster blades too. Crazy how that works.

Price usually tells you something about quality though.
