Unpopular opinion: a walk in who showed up at 6:55pm taught me more than any class
Guy walked in 5 minutes before close on a Tuesday at my shop in Boise wanting a skin fade, and my clippers died halfway up the left side because I'd skipped charging them after lunch. I told him straight up what happened, offered a free fix the next morning, and he came back and tipped $20 anyway. Now I keep a spare corded pair in the drawer, anyone else got a backup tool story that saved their night?
