Patience is overrated. Just wrap it in foil and crank the heat, dinner's ready in half the time and still tastes fine.

Yeah that stall can really test your willpower. Watched a guy on a cooking show once open the smoker every 30 minutes to spray, just making it take longer. The meat's just sweating, basically taking a break before it gets tender. Rushing through with higher heat gives you that chewy, disappointing texture every time. It’s one of those things you just have to trust and leave alone. The best results come from ignoring it and letting the fire do its thing.
