I finally tried my brother-in-law's 'guaranteed' brisket injection recipe

He swore a cup of apple juice and a quarter cup of soy sauce would make it the juiciest ever, but it just tasted like salty fruit. Anyone have a better injection mix that actually works?

I thought that too, until I tried beef broth.

Beef broth alone is still just salty water though.
