That kiosk brisket in Tulsa made me question my whole setup

I grabbed a sliced brisket plate at a gas station kiosk last Tuesday after my route, and it had a bark and smoke ring that put my last three home cooks to shame. Has anyone else run into a random spot that beats a dedicated pitmaster, or was that just a weird fluke?

Heard some food truck guy on the radio say the best BBQ in Tulsa ain't in any restaurant, it's the spots you'd never expect. Guess that kiosk proves it. Maybe those guys just don't overthink it, slow and low with zero ego.
