Found a VHS labeled "Bobby's Birthday 1994" at a Goodwill in Tacoma, and it's 12 minutes of a clown silently staring at the camera

Picked up the tape for 50 cents last week because the label was in green marker and I felt bad leaving it there. Got home, popped it in, and instead of a party it's just a guy in full clown makeup sitting in an empty kitchen, not talking, occasionally blinking at the lens while someone off camera whispers every 30 seconds or so. Has anyone else run into a tape that felt like a joke until you got 4 minutes in and stopped laughing?
