Bookmarked article vs. saved PDF, I chose wrong for my lesson plan
Last Tuesday I was prepping a civics lesson and found two sources on the same topic. One was a nicely formatted article on a news site, the other a plain PDF from a university archive from 2011. I went with the article because it looked easier, but by lunch the site had put up a paywall and I couldn't get back to it. The PDF is still sitting on my desktop, fully readable. Has anyone else had a saved link turn useless right when you needed it most?
