Compared two recipe blogs for the same dish and one just worked better somehow
Last weekend I tried baking cookies from two different food blogs I'd never used before. One had me creaming butter for like 8 minutes and the other said stop after 2. The 2 minute batch came out way fluffier. Anybody else notice some of these bloggers just add extra steps for no reason?

My friend tried the same thing with banana bread and the shorter version won every time.

Omg my roommate literally tried this with zucchini bread last week! She made a full loaf and then some mini muffins with the same batter, the muffins were gone in like 2 hours while the loaf sat there for days.
So yeah, size def matters with baked goods haha.
