I finally stopped trusting my email preview pane after a one-line pause
Last week I deleted a client's invoice notice because the preview showed it as spam-like gibberish, but turns out it was a legit PDF with a broken subject line. The actual fix took me 45 minutes of digging through headers and sender logs, not the 5 seconds I assumed. What finally convinced me was checking the raw source in Outlook and seeing their SPF record was fine, so my filter was the problem. Anyone else get burned by trusting that tiny preview box too fast?
