PSA: My dog's anxiety looked like a training problem for 2 years

Took our rescue lab to a behaviorist in Austin last month after trying every YouTube trick. Turns out it was a thyroid issue, not stubbornness. The medication kicked in after about 3 weeks and the difference is insane, he actually naps now. Anyone else found a medical cause after assuming it was a behavior thing?
