That 34-tab atlas site beat the paid planetarium app, no contest

I had 15 minutes to explain Jupiter's moon orbits to my nephew and chose the free interactive sky map over the $8 app I bought last month, and his question about why Io keeps shifting made me realize the simpler tool actually shows the motion better, anyone else ditched a paid tool for a free one after a real test like this?
