Watched a house on my route go from boarded up to sold in 5 weeks flat
There is this little green house on Delaware Ave that sat empty with plywood on the windows for almost two years. I drive past it every day, and about 5 weeks ago a crew showed up and started tearing out the front yard. They painted it yellow, put in new steps, and last Tuesday I saw a sold sign on it. Turns out the city fined the old owner $75 a day until he fixed it up, which finally got him moving. Has anyone else seen a flip like that happen crazy fast on their street?
