I used to hate tubeless setups until a botched roadside repair changed my mind

After three flats in two weeks on my commuter in Denver, I swapped back to tubes, but when a 2-inch nail left me stranded and a stranger patched the tire with a plug in five minutes, I realized I had been fighting the wrong part of the system, so now I'm curious how many of you carry plugs over spare tubes for daily riding?

Ha, that's exactly how I got converted too! I carried a spare tube and levers for years, but after patching a gash on a gravel path with just a plug and a mini pump, I never looked back. Now I keep plugs in every saddle bag and only bother with a backup tube for the really big blowouts.
