Just realized a $30 torque wrench is better than guessing with a hex key

I stripped a carbon seatpost clamp last month by just cranking on it. The cheap click-type wrench from Harbor Freight gives a real number, so you know it's right. How many stripped bolts have you guys seen from people not using one?

Ever notice how many problems come from guessing?

Yeah, "problems from guessing" is putting it lightly. I've seen so many rounded-off brake rotor bolts and mangled derailleur hanger screws. The worst was a buddy who snapped a bolt clean off in his stem by just reefing on it. That Harbor Freight clicker isn't fancy, but it saves so much headache and expensive parts.
