Just realized I was wrong about using a torque wrench for every single bolt

A customer in my shop in Boise last week said 'you know, sometimes you just feel the click in your hands', and he was right for things like bottle cage bolts. Anyone else skip the wrench on the small stuff now?

But is a stripped bolt really that big of a deal?

@kellymurphy it can turn a simple fix into a huge headache. A stripped bolt on a brake caliper means you can't secure a critical safety part. On a bike frame, it might mean the whole component is trash if you can't get it out. What should take ten minutes can turn into hours of drilling and re-tapping.
