Binged a 14-season medical drama in 3 weeks and now I have a real problem

Started Grey's Anatomy on a Tuesday night and blew through all 400 plus episodes by the end of the month. The problem is I can't watch any new shows now because I keep waiting for a patient to die in every scene. Has anyone else ruined their binge tolerance with one giant show and need a full reboot?
