My friend insisted I watch 'The Bear' in one sitting, and she was totally right
She said the stress of the kitchen scenes hits way harder if you don't take a break, and after powering through the first season in a day, I get it. The constant yelling and ticket printer noise actually gave me anxiety (in a good way, I think?). Has anyone else binged a show that actually changed your mood like that?

Totally get that feeling! I did the same thing with Chernobyl, just blasted through it in an afternoon. The low, constant dread from the soundtrack and the whispered conversations left me feeling weirdly tense for hours after.
