My niece made me watch that old show from the 90s and I get it now

She's 14 and kept talking about this show called Twin Peaks. I figured it'd be too slow for her since she's used to TikTok pace stuff. We watched the first episode together last Friday and she was totally locked in. It hit different because she explained how the weirdness felt fresh to her, not dated like I remembered. Anybody else have a younger person make you see an old show in a new light?
