People keep saying you need to watch 'The Bear' in one go, but I think that's a bad idea
Every time I see a post about that show, someone says you have to binge it to feel the stress and chaos. I tried that last weekend, and honestly, it was too much. After three episodes, the constant yelling and kitchen pressure just made me feel tired, not hooked. In my view, you get more from the characters, like Carmy's quiet moments, if you watch an episode and then take a break. I watched the second season spacing out episodes over a week, and I liked it way more. The story had room to breathe. Why do we treat 'binge-worthy' like it always means 'watch it all at once'? Has anyone else found a show is better when you slow down?

Yeah, "recipe for burnout" is dead on, I started spacing episodes out after episode 3.
