Update: spent 4 months trying to get through The Wire because I kept restarting season 1
Every time I hit episode 6 my wife would walk in and ask what was happening and I could not explain a single plotline so I started over from scratch 5 separate times before finally just pushing through, and now I want to know if anyone else has a show that took multiple false starts to click.
