Found an old bookmark from 2009 that was just a string of numbers

Cleaning out my browser tabs yesterday and there it was. Just a URL that was like 40 digits long. No domain or anything. Clicked it and got a 404 page. Tried googling the numbers and nothing came up either. Made me wonder what past me was thinking. Anyone else got dead bookmarks that feel like a puzzle you'll never solve?
