Can we talk about the 3 hour setup time for War of the Ring?

I timed it last Saturday and it took me 47 minutes just to sort out all the minis and cards before we even rolled a single die, has anyone else found a faster way to get that game on the table?

Sorting minis is half the fun for me, it's like getting hyped for the battle ahead.

Right? That setup time is brutal. I swear one time I spent so long sorting the Sauron minis that I forgot who was playing who and we had to start over. My friend timed us once and it took 52 minutes just to get the Fellowship player's cards into the right piles. Honestly though, I just accept my fate now and put on a podcast, because the game is great once you actually start playing.
