Lost $220 on a Kickstarter dice set that still hasn't shipped

Back in March I backed this fancy metal dice set with a cool magnetic case, looked amazing in the video. Creator kept saying 'next month' for 8 months straight, now the project page is just quiet. I checked the comments and a bunch of people are in the same boat, nobody got anything. Has anyone actually received a delayed Kickstarter board game or accessory, or am I just eating this loss?
