Probably just a scratch, you should see what happens when you actually get hurt.

Take that "scratch" and drag it across asphalt at 30mph, then come talk to me. I've got a scar on my elbow that looks like a zipper from slipping on gravel back in high school. Little stuff heals fast, but the real ones stick around to remind you.
