Three weeks into a boiler retrofit and the prints are wrong again
Started a job down in Everett last month on a six week steam boiler swap. We get the old unit out in three days, no big issues, then I look at the new prints and the nozzle spacing is off by 2 inches. Had to call the engineer and wait two days for a revised drawing. Now we're playing catch up, working Saturday to stay on schedule. Nothing worse than paying for someone else's drafting mistake while your crew stands around. Any other guys run into this on recent retrofits?

Nothing like paying engineer rates for drawings a tape measure could fix.
