Can we talk about the county assessor site that still runs on a 2003 hit counter? | Boring Website Bounties

I spent 40 minutes last Tuesday on the Calhoun County property lookup site just trying to pull one parcel number for my uncle's old place near Marshall. The thing has a spinning envelope icon, a guest counter stuck at 11,032, and it crashes if you touch the back button, so I had to start the whole search over from scratch twice. I get weirdly into this stuff, but man, it got old fast. Anyone got a state or county site that's worse, or is this about as low as it goes?
