Found a site that is just a live feed of a single parking meter in Des Moines, and I have checked it 6 days straight
I keep seeing folks post these big flashy abandoned websites with crazy graphics and lore, but the real gold is the stuff that does almost nothing. About a week ago I stumbled on a page that is literally one camera pointed at a parking meter on a side street in Des Moines, Iowa. No ads, no counter, no chat, just a grainy feed and a little clock in the corner. The part everyone gets wrong is thinking a boring site needs a gimmick to be worth sharing, when honestly the gimmick ruins it. I know this because I have watched that same meter for 6 days now, and I have caught a guy in a green jacket feed it quarters at 7:40 in the morning 4 times. That stupid little detail is the whole thing, and I got weirdly happy when I noticed it. Does anyone else have a site that is just one camera and zero explanation, because I need more of these.
