Oh man, I love when stuff like that happens. It feels like we're losing so many of those little bits of hands-on knowledge, the kind you only get from doing a job for years. You see it with cooking too, like my neighbor still cans vegetables using her mom's method from forever ago. Makes you wonder what else we don't even know we've forgotten.
