My kitchen faucet was dripping about a cup of water a day, and a plumber quoted me $180 just to come out. My neighbor across the hall in my building here in Cleveland showed me how to shut off the valve under the sink and swap the washer for $4 at the hardware store. Anyone else got a fix that cost less than a fast food meal?
